Installing the NMDP codes file.

1. The list of NMDP codes are updated on a daily basis. The latest files can be obtained from the links below. Please select the file with nomenclature appropriate to the reference that you are currently using. All references generated on or after April 1st 2010 require version 3 NMDP code files.

Note that the unedited files come directly from the NMDP and the contents may require renaming after unzipping. We recommend you download the local copies.

2. Unzipping the file should give you "numer.txt". If it does not, please rename the file to "numer.txt".

3. Place the file in the Assign references folder (the default is C:\Program Files\Conexio Genomics\Assign 351\data\references).
